How can you relax during a emotional crisis...that is if this is what I'm experiencing right now?...when you lose some control over what you say and your actions (without becoming physically aggressive) and you start shouting things out some of which are random and some of which are to do with what is bothering you. I know it sounds whack but I don't think it's that uncommon either and yes I do plan on seeing a therapist soon but how can I relax for now?

Through the practice of Mindfulness Meditation

There is nothing weird or creepy about it.

The mindfulness of breathing is very similiar to mindfulness meditation and it's easy to learn.

Simply 10 min. a day of Mindfulness Meditation will help a person through any crisis, and procuce a calm peaceful state of mind & emotions.
Just type in Mindfulness Meditation on search on your computer, and begin to learn about it, and begin to practice it.

It has been proven very effective by both Doctors and Scientists throughout the world.

It also increases a person's cognitive skills, produces patience and self-control, increases Motivation and will-power, and helps a person to deal effectively with anger, irritability, impatience, unforgiveness, and a low
self-esteem.

You asked an Excellent Question.

Things will get better. Hang in there.
Please be kind to yourself, and patient with yourself. And always forgive yourself for any past, present or future mistakes you have or will ever make. Have self-respect, and a healthy wholesome love for yourself.

no its not an uncommon thing to go through. when your stressed and you have reached your limit it has to come out somehow! any way the best thing to do first is take something for your stress. there are these pills you can take called Nerve Tonic that you can get at any drug store. they are specifically for stress and they work!! also change your eating habits, if you drink pop or eat sweets they contribute to problems with stress. drink more water, juices and eat more veggies and fruits. also take time out for you to have quiet time. listen to soothing music, learn breathing technics, read a good book etc... hopefully you will be able to get this under control!! GOOD LUCK i know you can get through this!

Turn off the TV and phone, and lock your doors.

Put on your favorite CD.

Light candles (turn off the lights).

Lie down and close your eyes for at least half an hour.

Breathe slowly, and let yourself forget things for a little while.
