Ok fopr all the dumb people on here....
Steroids don't make you stronger they only increase the level of testosterone in your body to help your muscles heal faster so you can train twice as much. Look at any pro body builder they are not as strong as you think they might be.
And strength training does not involve just lifting heavy weights.
Great strength training techniques include simple push-ups and chin-ups. It also depends on what you want to make stronger.
At the gym start off by finding out what weight is your one rep maximum for each excercise. So for example bench press. Find out the heaviest weight you can press once. Once you know that weight. Go down 20lbs or so. Do as many reps as you can until you can't press another one. Then drop the weight down another 20lbs. Then do as many as you can again. Then drop it another 20lbs and continue til you have an empty bar and then do as many as you can. If you can do like 20 of the first weight then you should have started heavier. So leave the same weight on to do the second set.
Forget about the 10-15 reps. If you can do 20 do 20 but if you can only do 5 then you are using too heavy a weight.
Do the same for arm curls, tricept pull downs shoulder press and pulldowns and your legs. But do upper body one day and lower body the next. Then on the 3rd day if you are sore do sit-ups and back raises....
Another thing to do is start at a lighter weight and add 10-20 lbs each set but don't rest in between. Easy to do on a universal weight set so you don't have to get up and down everytime to change the weights.
Even try starting off light then going up 10 lbs at a time until you've added 5lbs then go back down 10 lbs at a time. It's a pyramid cycle.

First get all the home gym and supplement marketing hype out of your head. Strength training takes hard work and discipline and there are no instant results. If there some miracle supplement or machine everybody would be using it. That said very effective methods are free weights and isometric exercises.
I would certainly you are asking this for your own benefit and not to pick fights or bully people around. Remember that as big and bad as you make think you are their may very well be someone bigger and badder just around the corner.
And life doesn't always work like a stereotypical cartoon beach where the big giant muscle guy gets whatever he wants just by grunting and flexing his biceps. It would help to gain wisdom as well. If being big and strong was all their was to it the dinosaurs would not only run the world but also be incredibly wealthy.

if you want your balls to fall off so when the women go after your muscles they run away when they see whats under the drawers, take steroids. If you want to get the muscles without your balls falling of, just go with an exersize machine like a bowflex. Just do exersizes with that, get a punching bag and hit it really hard when you are angry, do push ups, crunches, treadmill, bench press and the weight machinge because those things have basically all of those things built in. The commercial actually arent just making up the things. actually they get some guy that has a perfect tan and six pack abs to go on the commercial even though hes never even seen the thing before and the woman in a bikini with a tan and a big chest who is just annorexic and uses a tanning booth. But they still are good machines and get you in shape fast.

Strength training in the gym (day on, day off, or at least work different muscle groups on different days... ie. upper body one day, lower body the next). Smaller meals and more of them. Most body builders do 6 small meals a day. Use whey protein instead of egg albumin because it synthesizes easier in the system, free form amino acids, and creatine monohydrate, as well as creatine pyruvate. You don't get the full benefit of the effects of creatine unless you use both. Also, make sure you are performing exercises that "target" and "isolate"certain muscle groups. If you are unsure of how to perform isolation lifts, consult with a pro trainer about how to properly lift. Most gyms have one on staff, and if they don't, well, you get what you pay for.
Hope this helps. The rest is up to you.

Anything that uses your muscles in large groups and makes them burn. If you don't look bigger over time it isn't necessarily bad - lean muscle is still good muscle, it just doesn't look like AHHHnold.
