Well, I would say that if you are really into her amd not whats in her pants, then you can console her by just being with her. And if the time comes when she wants to have sex with you then okay. But dont pressure her.

The best thing to do is to tell her the truth why you did'nt tell her trust me lying even more will only get you in more trouble. Just tell the truth it works out better in the long run and you'd just loose her trust even more if you lie again.
