This has to do with drunk "i love you's". Say it comes from a person that you do know. Is it truth or just the alcohol talking?

Truth does come out when your drunk but sometimes it's the hidden truth that they will deny until the end of time.

It depends on if the person is a friend or loved one. Are you going out with the person?? If so it may be true, but sometimes alcohol can make people say things they don't mean.

Depends on how the person behaves when they are under the influence of alcohol. Some open up wide and share their truest, most personal thoughts with the world, while others lie through the teeth.
