It looks as if he just wants you for your money. Why would you want to be with someone that has no future do not move in with him, and my advice to you is to just get reed of him he is mad news you could do better.

Put your foot down. You have a right to expect certain things, like some stability and basic things like plumbing. That you need that sort of thing is pretty clear from your question. Let him know that if he wants you to move in with him he's going to have to learn to handle his money better. Let him know that you won't accept living in a straw house or a van.
There's no guarantee that he'll be willing to do these things for you, but life isn't about guarantees.

Take it from me don't do it. You can still spend time with him but don't give up your base. I t doesn't seem like he is ready to take on the resp. of getting a place. If you are ready to move out look at your income you should spend a third of it at most on rent if make sure you could afford it if he can't. Beware that he doesn't suck you in and you get stuck paying for everything. Or make a deal if you have steady long term employment for say 3 months and has deposit money money for furnishings saved then go for it. Just don't commit to something that might leave you stuck.

You know the answer to this question. You know that it would wrong for you to move in with this guy.
Now ask yourself honestly, is guy worthy? Not just to move in with, but to even date? The way you described him is not the way anyone would describe one they love and respect. Think about the "respect" part. Now take a deep breath... Exhale... The thing about people is there are millions of them out there and if you can always someone new, someone better, someone you can love AND respect!
Good luck!

Moving in together is a big deal. You share space and expenses. If he doesn't have control of his money, you are going to be stuck picking up all the slack. DONT DO IT!!!

don't move in with him if he wants to make that kind of commitment, he'd ask you to marry him...otherwise you shouldn't be living together...plus you should really learn grammar your question is annoying to read
