we had off campus lunch today, and What do you know, he came to Braums, where I was. He turned around and left when he saw me, then came back in and stared at me. My friend and I got up and left because it was creepy. What should I do about him?

Wait - So you and your Ex...or you and your friend.....that had lunch together...and then you saw your Ex later on at Braums?
If it was you and your friend having lunch, and then your ex walked in and saw you... well it sounds like you both need a little space/time apart to get your thoughts together. That way you will know what to say or how to handle the situation gracefully and maturely when you run into each other next time, rather than having someone walk out...or stare without saying anything.
Sounds like he got hurt? Were you the one to break it off?
Good Luck - Watch out for the creepy behavior. If you are seriously concerned, I'd let someone else know. His behavior could get creepier or possibly dangerous if he feels especially hurt/ humiliated.
