Is it illegal for a store to sell items that have been expired for a long time. I thought you were suppose to pull the item off the shelf. I worked in a store and the owner made sure that himself and his workers kept up with the dates on the products. Dont get me wrong your not going to be able to keep track of all products. But this store has things that is expired since like 1-2 years ago. If someone get sick from one of there products could this store be introuble?

The store doesn't have good practices. You could always walk though and put them into a cart and then when you pull the cart up to the register, tell the clerk "I don't want any of these, they are all expired, please remove them." Then walk quickly out the door. They will be annoyed, but will probably not put it back on the shelf.
