Urine is ammonium sulfate, that's why it stinks after sitting. The only way you can get an infection it to get exposed to something, urine is a disinfectant so it's not going to give you an infection. I'm not sure if your ejaculate is germ free, it's the perfect solution to breed things, just was your hands.
