400 degrees for 45-60 minutes depending on the size of the potato.

Set oven to 350, rub potato with butter and then sprinkle with salt and pepper, and wrap in foil. Place potato in the oven for 45 minutes or until tender.

Or, pierce potato with fork all over and then place on a paper towel in the microwave. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, turn potato over and repeat. Remove potato from microwave and wrap in foil - set aside for 5 to 10 minutes, unwrap and eat!

You best bet is to cook it at 350 for about 30mins.
