I think she is suffereing from acute paranoiia, bi polar disease, and possibly scitsophrenia. My boyfriend and his sisters know she needs help. She was in a mental hospital before, but they let her out. Is there an anonymous way to get her commited, she wont seek help on her own.

She fights with people on the street about stuff she makes up... its wierd. HELP!

You can't force anyone into treatment unless they are dangerous to themselves or others or if it can be shown that they are so ill they are unable to care for themselves. If you can't convince her to voluntarily seek treatment there's probably not a hell of a lot you can do. If she's psychotic then most likely she lacks insight and doesn't realize she's ill. People who are delusional don't recognize they're delusional. They are unshakably convinced that their psychotic beliefs are true.

Committing her is not the answer in all cases but medication is. Get her to a doctor and get her treated. If you find her dangerous to herself or others you can contact the crisis center for your area and find out what to do from there. Be patient and loving with her. This is an illness and she has no control over it.
To reach the Crisis Center call either the mental health clinic in your area or call the hospital and ask. You may want to speak to a nurse there to see what steps can be taken ( assuming this woman does not seek help herself.) Good luck with this and remember to be patient and kind to her.

Having a guy or woman with psychological problems is quite no longer ordinary on a kinfolk.you need to discover ways to handle it and it particularly is complicated. do no longer supply her any information approximately you or her son it relatively is not any concern of hers and she or he would not would desire to understand. If she starts yelling,in simple terms walk away and go away and if she telephones and is being nasty, you tell her you will talk to her whilst she's in a extra useful temper and easily hang up the telephone.turn the telephone off or unplug it in case you need to. by making use of no longer asserting something whilst she is embarrased approximately her outburst, you will no longer supply her any reason to set you up. Be polite to her and handle her with know yet different than that avert her as much as you are able to. i desire somebody is getting her some help with this as she for sure desires it. nonetheless you're saying shifting isn't an option, you would be able to ought to on your individual peace of techniques.sometimes we ought to do issues we do no longer particularly desire to for our earnings. I pray all works out nicely for all of you.God Bless.

if she is a danger to herself, and to others, then you can call the police..I repeat, if she is a DANGER to herself...or someone else,..then for her and their own protection it wouldn't be hard, because she has a prior mental record with a hospital..call your local police dept,...and ask to speak to someone in private, and explain to them what you have asked here, and see how they can help you.
