Can anyone describe how to do it or tell me where I can find how to do the stripper workout that I've heard about on TV, etc.

They have a striptease by carma electra at walmart for 12 bucks it's real helpful.

There are a few videos, like Carmen Electra's (I forget the name, but they sell it at target in the workout section). Some gyms offer strip aerobic classes, too.
