Well instead of posting questions here you should be at least calling a vet (does not cost to call) and asking for a professional opinion. Obviously from what you have described something is wrong. Exercise common sense!!!

Mom and pups all should have had an exam shortly after all the pups were born.
Being very skinny is normal. Not eating can be normal also. Try feeding her cottage cheese and/or yogurt (This is what my vet suggested when I was caring for friend's dog while she gave birth). But even if she does eat....get her to the vet and make sure nothing is wrong. It is always possible that she has a still born that she hasn't delivered.

Take her to the vet but in the meantime go to a pet store and buy some formula for the puppies to drink instead of their moms milk. When she shivers she might be scared for some reason. She maybe is not getting enough nutrition so buy her some special food to make milk for her puppies when she is a little bit better.

Get her to a Vet ASAP. She will need some supplements and since she is skinny and weak and shivering what may normally help in the way of advice just may not be enough for her.
She could die without Vet care. She could even have a dead puppy inside of her and that will kill her if she does.

Take her to the vet immediately. Depending upon the diagnosis, she may or may not be able to continue nursing the pups. Take them with her and ask your vet what he recommends for care of the pups as well.

She may have an infection or other condition and needs to be seen by a vet before it's too late. Good Luck!

Take your dog (and the puppies) to a local vet. Momma dog needs vet attention.

She might be sick. Can you get her and the puppies to the vet? Or at least call them, they'll be able to tell you what to do. Since they know your dog, they're your best resource.

I'm not sure, but it sounds serious. Animals can have complications with their pregnancies just like humans do. You should get her to a vet quickly.

This does not sound like something you can get fixed without a veterinarian as it is illegal for any one to treat a dogs medical condition with out a license. consult your veterinarina for a remedy to your concerns, please.
you could get charged with animal neglect or abuse if you let it go to long.
also get the puppies check out to ensure good health!!!!
