bad things happen to everyone- those who are Christians as well. In the book of Job it states- "It rains on the just and the unjust". Joni Erickson Tada who is a christian, who as a teenager was in a diving accident and to this day, she is a quadriplegic, God did not heal her, why? So she could glorify Him in her disability. I am not just making this up- read her own autobiography.

Who's to say he wasn't a Christian? And no even Christians get into accidents and they have bad things happen to them. Being a Christian does not stop bad things from happening to you it only makes life easier to take. For this earthly existence is the only hell a Christian will ever know.

He certainly would've had a different perspective on it, but there is no scientific data to suggest his lack of Christianity played a role in his physical well being after his accident.

This is so tasteless, using a dead guy as a tool to criticize religion...a religion which has flaws that are obvious to everyone. Atheists are reaching new lows everyday.

Faith does not equal immortality or lead to magical acts of healing yourself.

what does being a christian have to do with having an accident that landed in a wheelchair until the day he died.

Bad things happen to Christians EVERY DAY. Being a Christian is not a guaranteed way to be safe and happy at all times. God lets things come into our lives. He allowed Satan to take away all Job had. Satan even tempted his son Jesus for 40 days.

No. He was a amateur equestrian trying to do professional things. His feet were too far up into his stirrups and he had his hands all wrapped up in the reins.

Not even angels can help bad riding.

I suggest you read some of her stuff
