Theres a guy I work with that has a crush on me and the problem is I dont like him plus he is like 12 years older then me I am 20 and he is 32.

You don't have to say anything unless he asks you for a date or something, then you say "thank you, but no."

If he's flirting with you and it's not wanted, pretend you don't notice the flirting - hopefully he'll get a clue.

If he's your supervisor or has power over you at work and is making unwanted advances, thats sexual harassment - if that's so ask a different question.

I think the best way to confront this is to be upfront and honest. You should just tell him you are not interested.
