I'm tired of cooking the same thing. I want chicken 2nite but I want a new idea for it. What are some suggestions for a new chicken dish?

What I had for dinner was...

Boneless, skinless chicken breast, marinated in Jamaican Jerk marinade, pan fried to sear then finished in the oven.

A salad of red and green bell pepper, green onion, spinach, red leaf lettuce, tomato, carrot and monterey jack cheese.

Chicken cubed once it had cooled a bit, then served with the salad and a lime-cilantro dressing.
