Well I weigh 105 too and I love it! But if you want to bulk up try the following:
- More toning. Get some freeweights and start lifting. You will be shocked at how quick you will see results. Do biceps, upright rows, lateral raises, and tricep kickbacks. Keep doing your crunches and start doing squats too, because those will build up your thighs. I recommend a series of workouts called the Firm. They are really good. Just google them and you'll see a ton of good reviews. You can check out the dvds at a library if you dont'want to pay for them.
- Add more calories. Drink whole milk instead of skim or lowfat, etc. Eat high-calorie protein bars for a snack. I did this to put on weight after an eating disorder and it worked.

I am 41 yrs old and I still have the problem. I am around 100 lbs. 5'1". I have tried everything but the thing that does help me is eating big meals when you have your 3 meals a day. Do not snack constantly or every 2 hours. This will only digest faster as you have a high metabolism.

OMG....I found my twin! I have two kids...after my 2nd I was 114 on delivery date...and 106 until 2003 when I had to get gall-bladder out. Today i am at 106-109. Sz 3...5'3 and teenie tiny. I hate the winter due to clothes..but love the summer when everyone spent the entire winter on a diet. I have tried EVERYTHING...shakes, ensures...over eating...eating several meals a day. I will go to bed 109 and wake up at 107. I used to do taebo 4xs a week to build strength and energy....I toned up but no weight. I work for a Dr and he just swears its my genetics...mom and dad are tiny too. Let me know if you get any good tips. Good luck to my fellow teenie tiny.....

I have the same thing too. I am usually right around 100lbs. When I was pregnant I got up to 124 and then after I had the baby I immediatley started losing weight and in no time I was below 100lbs. I don't know what to do either but I am going to keep checking the answers.

Your Lucky... stop doing crunches for a while, eat around 2000 calories a day and once you gain your disered amount go back to doing crunches. The rest of your body should maintain it's weight.

I'm sorry but I don't feel sorry for either of you. I workout 6 days a week and eat healthy just to try and maintain my current weight of 120 lbs. Why don't you just eat alot and quit complaining!
