Many Muslims here will condemn you for asking that question but I think it's a fair one. Very, very interesting.
Maybe 'amu' could have been man enough to answer your question without beating around the bush.
We must remember that Aisha was given to Mohammad by her father..as it was customary... not only in the Arabic tradition but in other Asian traditions to give their daughters in marriage. The same happens today...women are still given in marriage by their parents in many cultures and they dare not refuse.

He was a wanna be prophet who made up stuff as he went along. He married that poor little girl at 6 years hold and violated her at the ripe old age of 9. He was cruel to slaves, he murdered people. And look how many people blindly follow him, its incredible on an asinine level.

Uhh did you even do your research before asking this? Aisha is the daughter of Abu Bakr, Prophet Muhammed's best companion. Aisha was willing to marry the Prophet SAW because Abu Bakr (her father) asked her permission. Also, remember that Aisha's marriage with the Prophet SAW wasnt consumated until she reached puberty which is anywhere from 12 to 15 to even 19. So quit trying to make our Prophet look like a weirdo with your non-educated questions! Also, the Qu'ran says that the Prophets are allowed to marry as many wives as they want, AFTERALL THEY ARE PROPHETS OF GOD!!!

There's no 4 wives limit in the Qur'an. Feel free to look, but you will find that there's no 4 wives limit.

And Muhammad did ask for the consent of Aisha and her father.

well in many cases they married the women who's husbands had been killed as a sign of respect. And since those days women couldn't work and support themselves , , this was the best way and really only way to honor those who dies. and care for their families., by making them a part of their own family.

its really an honor.and sign of respect.

Muhammad is the Quran, he wrote it claiming that it was dictated to him by Allah, and tailored some verses (suras) in it to his advantage.
