In VA if we are under 18, we cannot drive between 12-4am. Does this only pertain to driving? I want to camp out for a wii, and I would get there before midnight, so that woudn't be a problem. However my dad said that it pertains to both driving and being in public places/outside. On my temporary license it says that if you are under 18 you cannot drive during those late hours. It doesn't say anything about just camping out in front of a store. Your thoughts and answers are welcomed.

You would be on the property of the store so the police cannot do anything to you, they wouldnt know if your parents where in line also so they cant just profile. Just dont be lighting a fire and cooking marshmellows and you will be fine.

nicely, Tean dying is up suitable now and due to this they are attempting to impose this regulation. additionally i individually do no longer think of that oldsters are taking as lots duty for there young ones as they use to. once I have been given my license I had to have my enable for the completed 3 hundred and sixty 5 days and have a three.0 grade element standard. yet mothers and fathers as we talk in simple terms don't have the time to spend with there young ones so suitable whilst they hit sixteen bam they are in a position to circulate get there linces. i individually think of that the regulation must be approximately grades!! that exhibits duty in maximum babies besides no longer all yet maximum. in case you get good grades then you certainly can force so ordinary as that. it relatively is my opinion besides !!! and that i did no longer' desire to indicate that each and each confirm is undesirable, never. yet there are maximum of obtainable that do in simple terms no longer care.

Technically, you wouldbe in violation of curfew. If you are silly enough to sit up for a gamebox, I doubt the cops will hassle you,.
