Ok, you "wanna look your best". Thing is, nothing will happen before you figure out exactly why its important to you. Not why its important to the guy your marrying, or to anyone else, but only why it matters to you. If you can't come up with a persuasive enough "why", you will never be motivated to do, or change, anything in your life.

Find a slimming mentor...

I specialize in helping people lose weight effectively and quickly and in the course of my work, I have noticed tat weight loss is not merely just what you do but what you think and what environment you have as well.

You dun have motivation and determination because you do not have enough reasons as to why you should be losing weight.

Most of the times, it is also becuase there is no one to remind you or guide you along..

If you like, I can not only resolve the motivation part for you and help you find your determination, I can also recommend a detox programme that will help you lose weight.

f you do a detox, you will be able to:
- gain better health and
- better vitality and
- even more radiant skin and
- the loss of some excess pounds as well,
- most importantly, KEEP IT OFF

All you need to do is three things.

Number one, answer a list of questions that I give you to prepare your mindset and find your determinatin back.

Number 2, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods and drink more water as well.

Number 3, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even my babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

You can see my before after pic here:

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

Number 1 Giselle, do it for you and no one else. To help motivate you, cut out pictures of wedding dresses and put them on the refrigerator. Don't starve yourself. Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you starve yourself you will trick your body into thinking it is starving and then your body will hang on to that weight. Enjoy your upcoming nuptials. If it helps get a friend to join you and go for walks to start off with. Your giving yourself a year and that is good so you don't have an unreasonable expectation. You will make it!

You need to tell us how tall you are and what you weigh so we can see where to start. In the meantime start by doing some aerobics and eating healthy. Envision what you want to look like for your wedding. Realize that you will have more fun at your wedding if you feel good about yourself.

Find a buddy, do something you like, don't consume any sugar, drink water all day long.

You may be best off hiring a personal trainer, the biggest part of their job is motivating you.
