Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and get on your gazelle at least for an hour 3 time a week. I use my elliptical while watching tv and the time really goest by fast. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs and 73 inches. Good luck.

My nutritionist told me that you need to exercise for at least 40 minutes a day, because at the 40 minute mark is when you start burning fat. It's hard to do that long, but if you can hack it, I'd do 45 minutes when you wake up, a brisk walk at lunch, and 45 minutes at night. For food try low carb, gluten-free products ( you'll find these in the health food aisle). Stay away from soda and juice, and any added sugar, and eat as many veggies as you want. Also drink LOTS of water!! I'm talking a gallon a day if you can do it. You'll melt those pounds fast!

You should walk it.
If you want to lose weight and gain it back right away, dehydrate the crap out of yourself, use diuretics and laxatives if you are hardcore.
