If so why was the serpant allowed in? If God allowed the serpant in the garden of eden doesn't that mean that god is truely responsible for the fall of man, since it is he who first introduced sin in the garden?

What kind of loving God puts a poisonous tree in the middle of the garden, says 'don't touch' then wanders off for a while?

Anyhow, it couldn't have been perfect... there wasn't any sex =)

The Garden of Eden was created perfect, man and woman were created perfect and so was Satan. But God gave angels and man free will. God didn't make Satan tempt Adam and Eve and God didnt make Adam and Eve listen to Satan. If you give free will, even if you arent God, you can know someone will do the wrong thing eventually.

The word "perfect' is never used. The word "good" is. There's a difference.

Why would God be repsonsible for a choice that Adam and Eve clearly made. God even went so far as to warn them. They only had one rule, and they couldn't even get it right.

One major point to the whole story is that they chose to live contrary to the way God clearly instructed. Therefore it's a story that not only happened, but happens everyday. We've all chosen to eat the fruit at one point or another haven't we? Thankfully we're granted grace and the ability to repair the broker relationship between God and us.

Allowed and caused are two different things. Perhaps your parents raised you a certain way, but then when you got older you wanted to do your own thing. God created a perfect angel but he desired humans to worship him, he was jealous. So he rebelled. We all make choices and God let Adam and Eve decide, but he told them before hand the consequences of their actions. So here we are today. Thankfully we can still make the choice to serve him and get back what Adam and Eve lost.

Life is about tests....Adam is truely the one that sinned... Just because the serpant was let in didnt mean he had to follow his lead

When God created the heavens and the earth He pronounced everything "good" --not perfect in the sense of which you speak. Moral agents with a free will were created with the choice to glorify or rebel against God. Satan, the serpent, rebelled, so he tried to pull humanity down the proverbial toilet with him.

Be careful to see the many different types of causes. For example: Parents are responsible for procreation, but not for all of their children's mistakes.

According to my beliefs, God made the Garden of Eden perfect. he made the snake, but it never harmed anyone. the real culprit was Satan. he posessed the snake to do this, and he was just as powerful as god, i think. what? i am only 12! anyways, that's what happened, and God didn't even notice until after he sentanced eve and adam away. i am sorry if i'm not much help.

Yes.

But, it was also the very, very first place that "man" was given the opportunity to exercise free will...and live with the consequences of that decision/action.

Why was the serpant allowed in? To tempt man's free will.

God responsible? Oh, hardly! He's to praise for giving us free will!

Ahah! you get it. That the fall really was all part of the plan to begin with.

No the garden was not perfect, it was just innocent, Adam and Eve didn't know evil, but they also didn't know good.
