I had a pretty serious conversation with this girl about us, but we were drinking. I was way, way, WAY ahead of her, so I don't remember a lot. I remember the gist of the conversation, but not many of the details. What should I do? I think we may have discussed whether or not I can still call her, email her, etc. or not, but I am not sure. When I woke up the next morning, I wasn't very depressed, in fact I felt pretty good, so I am assuming it went well. Ladies, would you be mad if this happened to you? If a guy asked you what you talked about the night before?

Pretty common, really. Its worth a phone call to her...be honest - tell her that you know you had a heavy conversation, but you are fuzzy on the details. You wouldn't follow up like that if you weren't sincere.

I used to get upset, but I also learned very early in life that you can't expect a drunken conversation to have long-lasting effects, be remembered, or heck sometimes even mean something..
So basically I woudl just kind of play it by ear..and rehash some of the things that are foggy at a casual pace. Like when something along those lines pops up..say something that will get he conversation flowing into what could be a "refresher" course for you.

I would be pissed. If I had an in-depth with a guy, and he forgot because he was to drunk? I would never want to talk to him again. You know women don't have in-depths that often, and if she was serious and you ask her what you talked about, she may be really annoyed. I don't know what you should do know, but I would be very mad. Maybe I'm just an over reactor, but, oh well.

You had a serious conversation with a drunk person...HAHAHA! You are foolish for believing that!

Serious conversations are done when two people are sober.

Honesty is always the best approach. Be forwarned: If you blame it on your drinking, she may say that's the point, and hang up on ya...
