instead of the Hague ?

No I do not! Privates often survive their military hitches. Now that would be a travesty, wouldn't it?

What I would suppport is a thorough investigation into the crimes of Shrub's presidency and the trial of Shrub, Cheney and Rove on charges of malfeasance in office, treason against the United States of America and plotting to subvert our Constitution, Congress and judiciary.

After that, possibly a trial for war crimes at the Hague, provided that our government retain the privilege after such a trial of having the accused returned to US custody for execution, possibly including several months of waterboarding, electroshock "therapy" and being stripped naked to pose for pornographic pictures--possibly to be depicted on a deck of playing cards for the amusement and delight of our abused citezenry.

Now, that would be fair, therefore, it is unlikely to happen at all.

Just my opinion, of course.
My apologies if I seem a bit bitter. I have grown very bitter after six years of suffering the insolence of this most serious electoral mistake in the history of the USA. If it was an electoral mistake and not outright electoral fraud, that is.

As a Viet Nam veteran who served in the First Cavaly Division, I totally support good old SHRUB finally getting to serve in a combat zone to show us how tough he really is.

Neither will happen.

People this powerful very very very rarely ever feel the consequences of their actions (unless you count karma)

Bush will retire peacefully, count his millions and maybe "write" a book or two with the help of a co-author. 20,30 maybe 50 years from now the history books will reveal him for what he really is, but by then we will probably be recovering from the fundamentalist Islamic WW3 that he helped start and he will be too late.
