Go to the local GNC store and ask for a "colon clean out" kit. You will be well in no time....

My best advice is soda crackers, very weak tea, very weak chicken broth, and perhaps some clear fruit juice (like Hi-C orange or something. Nothing more. And no more of it than you really need to keep from starving or feeling too sick. Just remember, what goes in must come out, one way or the other, and when it does, you want it to be mild and gentle. Good luck.

I literally just got over having this. It's aweful. At one point I felt like death would be better than to keep feeling like that.

Best thing to do is: When you're in the bathroom, cover your nose...that smell..triggers the vomiting or makes it worse..

So try your best to do one at a time..

Second: In terms of fluids: Try Popsicles, Sips of Water & Ginger Ale.. Don't eat acidic fruit...i.e. oranges..omg ..trust me..that is the worst pain ...

In terms of solids: Try Oatmeal & Bananas, perhaps Jello

Besides that.. you have to nurse the situation with the concept that you need to keep ORAL HYDRATION going as much as possible...i.e. Try to replace the water you're losing

If it doesn't stop within 24-48 hrs. go to Emergency Room and get yourself on an I.V. solution

Good luck..hang in there.. It has taken me 5 days now to start feeling back to 100%

You might try taking Dramamine to settle your stomach. Then eat foods such as broth, jello, apple juice, sherbet, popsicles, and other "clear liquids".
