When you are vomiting it is most important not to get dehydrated. Taking sips of an electrolyte containing clear liquid (like a sport's drink, or a clear broth) can help.

For fever, tylenol which may have to be given by rectal suppository if you are vomiting.

For the vomiting itself, dramamine works for motion sickness but not usually for viral infection. There are over-the-counter antihistamines (cyclizine, meclizine, or arezine) that may help. It is important to determine the underlying cause of the vomiting. Perscription drugs are more effective for nausea.

There are no drugs approved for pregnancy induced morning sickness.

If your vomiting doesn't last more than a day, you might try some coke syrup or ginger ale. Sips at a time. Don't guzzle it down you will just end up throwing up again. For the fever you should take tylenol in liquid form. To eat try the brat diet (Bread, rice, apple and tea)
