Does anyone know how to take the pain away from a pinched nerve in my neck?

i cant move my head and when i do the pain is so bad it brings me down to my knees.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

give me a treatment i can do at home. With out seeing a docter.

Been there, it sucks. You could go to a chiropractor or a real massage therapist. You could also try heat. Mine was like that for almost 2 weeks!! OUCH!!!

How long have you had your pinched nerve? What kind of treatment were you put on when you were diagnosed?

I'm asking because whatever the doctors told you to do when you were first diagnosed is most likely to work again. How come you haven't already done whatever you did before? And if you haven't been diagnosed, go to the doctor! lol.

Minimal movement, warm heating pad over your neck and shoulders, and ibuprofin every 4-6 hours. I'd suggest Motrin, it's what's always prescribed for me and my pinched nerve. And if you haven't been diagnosed and it isn't a pinched nerve, all that will still help with extreme muscle soreness.

Go to a Dr ASAP.
It could be something else causing it. I had similar thing and went to Dr. He ordered an MRI and they found 3 compressed discs in my neck pinching on my spinal cord.
OH! Don't trust Chiropractor until after a Dr. has seen you.

I'm so sorry... my neck hurt me for months. Take tylenol (extra strength) and ice your neck for about twenty minutes. Also, like flat on your back on a hard surface to realign your spine. It's going to take time. If it doesn't get better see a doctor.

Go to a chiropractor that does NOT pop joints. Go to one that focuses on pressure points.
