what hairstyle do you think is prettiest on a girl? like, what looks better- ponytail, down and silky, down and wavy, clipped to the side, etc....name a hairstyle that you've seen on a girl that attracts you.

I've always been partial to short hair, maybe a bob type hairstyle. If they have long hair, I really like when they have long pig-tails. Like the cheerleader type look.
I would definitely have to go with the short hair, though. There's just something about that...

Personally, for me, it's not about a hairstyle. What's really attractive to me is a girl with self confidence above all else. I'm not particular when it comes to a girl's physical attributes such as eye color, hair color or style and definitely not the clothes. But a girl must have self-confidence.
Most of all, I like a girl who knows what she wants and how to get it. You girls have these special little ways of letting us guys know you are interested in us without necessarily coming on like a cheap whore. Things like moving in close enough to let us smell your perfume, flashing a bright smile, a quick glancing bit of eye contact, a gentle touch of the hand (especially on my bicep, chest or abs) these things send all the right signals to a guy while still allowing a girl to maintaining her lady like dignity. But the bottom line is, a girl that has the confidence to know what she likes and how to get it can be especially alluring!!! If you don't have self-confidence, it's not going anywhere with me.
But if I really had to choose one particular hairstyle, I think I would pick short hair, like Meg Ryan's hair in "Sleepless in Seattle."

I really like down and silky but if a girl has down and wavy I'll go with that.

it doesnt really matter. i mean its important to look nice but mix it up. try some different styles and see what gets the most reaction. personally i just like down and silky as you put it, or wavy.

I love straight hair shoulder length or more, I find it makes a girl very pretty.
Short hair, pony tail, pig tails can look great on a cute girl.
Curly hair can be very sexy on some girls both short or long.
I think it depends on the girl and what she Is, are you the cute, sexy or pretty type?

That is a very interesting question and I want to know from guys as well.. Well my soon to be ex husband loves long hair and when I cut my hair really short, he thought I did it just to piss him off and then he got so turned off and didn't touch me for over a month.

Dark (red/brown) shoulder legnth with lots of curls.
Body type has a lot to do with hairstyles though.

down and strainght away from your face so we can see the pretty face as well and just let the hair fall onto your shoulder but not too long.
