I've always been under the impression that "Tea", is served with thin sandwiches, small cakes, or cookies. Technically it is your tea, you can serve whatever you like, she will be just as honored by your effort as you are by her presence. Good manners and interesting conversation will be more impressive, than the food you present.

It would seem to me she would have a favorite as we all do. I would Google the old girl and find out her favorite. It may very well be fish n chips or a huge gooey chili dog. Queen or not, if you invited her; you are obligated to at least make a gesture to insure she will enjoy her "tea". Who knows, maybe her idea of "tea" is a Long Island Tea.

Some nice Dundee cake, and a cheese board with a good selection of cheeses from England and France, Her Majesty won't eat a lot.

Get her a Donner Kebab, What could be healthier? Grilled lamb, Salad, nicely topped off with some mouth watering chilli sauce.
