Hello this Vtony here I am comenting on your question because I found it interesting, however I can not answeer your question for you because this is something that only you can answeer for yorself but I would like to give my opinion on the matter what I can say is that my urine is very safe to me matter of fact whenever I drink it it cleans out my nostril as to the saying that urine is toxic I for my part do not buy that because I know beyound reasonable that urine is safe just to give you an example before we were born we need urine to develope our organs, and just one more example the reason that the rest of our urine goes to waste is because at that proper Time our body organs extracts the right amount to the exactly proportion it needs for our sustnance, as like if you are filling a bucket of water with a water hose when the bucket is filled, does that me you could not use the rest of the water that is on the water hose I would more than Happy to provide you with more credible Info but just know one thing since urine is not an excrement urine could cure many deseases and its free the rest is all miths. I wish you a Prosperous Life

Urine is drinkable, as long as it's sterile, meaning there is no bacteria, feces, or any other diseases in it. However, b/c of high salt and mineral content, like sodium, it poses risks of obviously excess consumption of minerals. Aside from that, when you drink this liquid, let's say, with excreted artificial sweeteners (e.g. from diet soda), you can actually taste its sweetness. And you can drink pee as a last resort if you're deserted on a waterless desert and if you're surrounded in ocean or other salt water (and if there's anything to make a small pot and fire you can boil the pee to be sure that it's seemingly bacteria-free). From drinking it you'll be able to survive for an extra day or two.
In short, ONLY if there's nothing else to drink and you can't get it anywhere in order to survive, or if you're very certain that your body's healthy from bacteria and such, it's fine to drink a bit of it and not die.

With every day pass, our country is getting into more and more trouble. The inflation, unemployment and falling value of dollar are the main concern for our Government but authorities are just sleeping, they don’t want to face the fact. Media is also involve in it, they are force to stop showing the real economic situation to the people. I start getting more concern about my future as well as my family after watching the response of our Government for the people that affected by hurricane Katrina.
According to recent studies made by World Bank, the coming crisis will be far worse than initially predicted. So if you're already preparing for the crisis (or haven't started yet) make sure you watch this video at http://www.familysurvival.tv and discover the 4 BIG issues you'll have to deal with when the crisis hits, and how to solve them fast (before the disaster strikes your town!) without spending $1,000s on overrated items and useless survival books.

Ignore the previous, he's trying to get you killed.
Your urine is your body pushing out poisons and toxins in your system. Drinking it puts it right back in, but does not give enough water to clean it back out again, much less take out any new buildup. This causes kidney failure, and then blood toxicity that kills you. It takes time, but is faster than dying of regular dehydration.
You can, if needed, process your urine to drink it. Evaporating it and collecting the evaporate is the best way. (distilling it, essentually)

Pee can be consumed and generally is sterile. It tends not to help with dehydration because it also is waste from the body. If you drink it, you won't die, but why bother? Have a water day instead.

you wont die,for example if your stuck in the desert with out food or water and find a stream or puddle you can drink that for a few days, but after a while your body runs out of sodium and can no longer proccess the water your drinking, at this point you SHOULD drink your pee, like there was a hiker in moab utah that was traped under a boulder for over a week, all he had to drink was his own pee

No, in an emergency it is a safe source of liquid. Human urine is sterile when excreted. Long term use can be dangerous because of the build up toxins excreted in the urine, but in an emergency it can keep you from dying of thirst.

No you won't die but you will get super sick if you drank to much of it. and it depends on if you do anything to it before drinking it..ie straining it etc..I doubt seriously that I would be doing that unless it's life and death in a climate where you will die without some hydration..
