i recently had twins (4 months ago). I was 125lbs before pregnancy and got to 175, i dropped almost all the weight, now at 132lbs but my skin still seems loose. Is there anything I can do to help? I dont want to go as far as a tummy tuck.

I'm sure you heard that the elasticity of skin is hereditary. It hasn't been long ago, your skin may firm up with out a sign of streaching. Excersise and give it time. I know it's hard when you're still trying to fit into your skinny jeans, but it took 9 months to streach out. Give it 9 months before you start looking into drastic measures. I'm a mom of 4. Trust me, time is your friend!

okay well my mom had twins 2 and that was in 98' and she is still trying to find a way 2 lose that extra skin. if u love your kids your sacrifice for them is the loose skin. don't get a tummy tuck it will go away soon and when it does u will probably forget about it but if u can't wait for that tell your doctor about it or your OBGYN and they can tell u how 2 get rid of it.

When my grandmother was done having kids she had her tummy tuck. She looks great now, It would take major work to get all the loose skin off. I wouldnt' waste my time with it.

Try using vitamin E capsules, break them and rub directly on your skin and also a cream high in collagen and elastin

There is lotion you can buy that reduces stretch marks and also tightens skin. try jergens brand lotion. it may not make a huge significant difference but could possibly help a bit.

just exercise and try to tone up.. in rapid weight loss like that, it takes awhile for your skin to catch up with you body.
