are a few of the reasons for numbness in fingers and toes
you should eleminate salt from your diet, if that does not help see a doctor

Many things cause numbness but don't wait too long as i almost did. they told me that when you have numbess you should see a doctor right away as if you wait too long you can get nerve damage from it.
