I've been on two dates with this girl and the last one was a fortnight ago. She says she wants to meet again but also takes a while to answer my texts. Is she not interested?

nah, she is interested. if she said she wants to meet again, she does. if you said that and she just agreed, then it depends on how she acted when she agreed.
taking a while to answer texts just means she could be busy or takes a while to text. observe how fast she responds to her friend's texts.

if she wasn't interested she wouldn't txt ya back. maybe she just takes ages cos she is a busy girl or she is just taking it easy. you should just bite the bullet and plan a date and if she doesn't want to see you then you will know, and then at least you wont be thinking about it too much. don't forget girls are great at playing hard to get its the fun part in meeting and dating someone. good luck

How long is a while? Days, weeks, months? If she answers your messages on the same day you sent them she's probably just busy with her life. If she takes longer than the same day maybe she's not all that interested.

from a girls point of view i think she is but she is just being relaxed about the whole situation, try not to get worried if she wasnt interested she wouldnt arrange to meet up wiv u again.

OMG that's exactly whats happening to me Hun how weird. but I'm gonna tell you what my mom told me. she said ". don't waste your money on someone who doesn't feel the same way". if she (in your case) was in love just like you were, then you both would be sending each other textes like crazy, and if she ain't satisfying that then you shouldn't settle for less.
