There is no "heaven people language" because there is no Heaven.

I already start to learn that language here on earth so when I get to heaven I won't have any problem communicating with God and the angels.

I do that regularly. Everyone that has been 'baptized in the spirit' can. It's a heavenly God-given language that only he can understand. I can't understand it. It's like saying the perfect prayer but not even knowing what it is.
Usually I do it during worship when the Holy Spirit overwhelms me with joy.
