i have an ex-girlfreind we are still goood freinds and i am falling for her agian and she always fliting with me and wants me to go ice skating wit her friday but..i have a girl freind but i love my ex more.

Well you already answered your own question...You love your ex more. So now would be the time to reflect back to why the relationship didn't work the first time, and see what can be changed to make it better. Once you have thought it through and decided that you think you can make it work with your ex again, then dump your current gf. There is no point in dragging her along for the ride.
