completely normal... you're putting your heart out there and it can either be stomped on or hugged... you never really know which will happen. Scary and thrilling at the same time.

Hello... =)

Generally, the answer to any question that starts out with "Is it normal" is "yes".....just as a side-thought.

Fear of rejection is common to every person on earth. It is handing a stone to someone, and then offering our "glass house" of self esteem over to be shattered. Most times, the glass house comes shattering down around us, but when it does not, the feeling is irreplaceable, and is, for many of us, one of the reasons to live at all.

There is an old adage that says "A faint heart never won a fair maiden..." The same is true of winning a knight......

Namaste,

--Tom

Yes and not only the first time. It might take a while to get use to sharing your feelings.

No this is very abnormal, you must see a psychiatrist and get on some meds asap. Ofcourse it is normal, there is the fear of being rejected, tell them anyway you will be glad you did, I am psychic and I see good things to come of this if you do...

No. It is amazing how American people seem to be ashamed of their feelings or at least insecure about them !! You all need to see a shrink ! Maybe you could come to Europe a bit more often and get reassured about yourself

Of coarse. For both sexes. No one likes rejection or for the person not to feel the same way.

But no guts no glory.
