Go to the food network. Rachael Ray had a how to make a holiday meal in 30 minutes. It was on yesterday or the day before.

Or go to the grocery store, Order a premade turkey dinner.

Or make some sutffed shells, ziti or lasagna, some bread and a salad. Can make the main course the day before, but salad in a bag and some bread.

Buy some special desserts. Voila. Open and close oven is pretty much your preparation,

A few years ago, went to a friends house, she had 30 odd people, bought plastic plates, took permanent marker, wrote good china on the back. Everyone laughed, no one cared. We were there for the company.

Its easy for desserts... buy some white almond bark and choclate bark, candy canes, pretzels, nuts etc. Melt the while almond or the chocolate in the microwave and poor over crushed up candy canes (or whatever you choose) on wax paper and let them harden as they dry, then just break it up into pieces. Very tasty! Very easy! Cheap too!

Check out recipes.com. Look for frittata recipes, salads and wraps. Also, at foodnetwork.com, check out the site for Semi-homemade Cooking. You can make really good "home-cooked" meals with mostly prepared ingredients in little time. Also, 30-Minute meals.
