is it true that if you eat white rice and chiken with corn mix you could lose weight . is it even healthy to eat that every day ??? just a question

white rice is a starch
corn meal is a starch
chicken is protien

You lose more weight when you elimanate starches. High protein diets will help you lose weight. protein and veggie diet you can lose weight.

corn is what they feed chickens when they want to fatten them up.

What an unhealthy diet. No green vegetables? White rice? Corn? Come on. Are you talking about eating it at every meal or just once a day or just for dinner?

Let's just say the answer is no. You can certainly pick a better diet than that. It's mostly carbs!

No.......the way to loose weight is to stay between 1200 calories! and eat baked items no corn corn has alot of starches. you want to stay a way from all the starches; bread, corn , potatoes,flower, tortillas,etc! go to www.sparkpeople.com

white rice isn't good to eat when trying to lose weight...switch to brown rice. also, if you steam cauliflower and mash it up, it tastes and has the same consistency of rice....

Its not healthy to eat that every day because you wouldn't be getting the vitamins you needed.
