Legally, nothing wrong happened. It's not incest because they didn't have sex. They should keep it a secret just because it will really freak out their family members and create a whole lot of drama. It is unlikely that God would punish him-- everyone makes mistakes and as I understand it God is generally pretty understanding, especially when it comes to juveniles. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but it really shouldn't happen again.

That is so sick why would you even ask or tell. She let it happen and she didn't tell after it happened so you are clear with her. As for jail or juvenile they don't even care.No one can answer for GOD. So lets not go there because only GOD can show you what he is going to do to you. I think that person is punished enough for want he did to his cousin and for keeping it a secret so long. And i feel that it's nasty but she is the only one who can say if it acceptable or understandable, because she let it happen.
The only thing that gets me is how did the two of them know about fingering. And when and why did they have all this time to do that. I think the parents' of both parties should be punished.

At, say, 15 I would think you'd have known better. But assuming it was only once and you've both resolved to not do it again, I see no reason to bring it up again. You would not go to jail for something like this (assuming you are telling us that's ALL you did...). Even so - the age difference is not enough to constitute a crime. I don't believe God would punish you for a somewhat innocent mistake. I don't believe God punishes anyone, but that's another topic. It sounds like you could use some counseling on this issue, as it seems to be bothering you. A counselor will help you to put it in perspective and move forward without beating yourself up over it forever.

If he's rich I don't see that God has punished him. As far as punishment goes, I don't believe there is a statute of limitations for these acts, but it depends what state your in. I don't see why anyone would bring up these acts now, unless one of the parties was not being consensual about it at the time.......then it would DEFINATELY be considered molestation. Punishment now will not fix it since this may have happened years ago, unless one of the parties has strong emotions about it and needs to overcome any kind of emotional distress suffered. Maybe they should talk to each other about it instead of bringing it up to anyone else's attention. Good luck!

They were both probably consenting and experimenting and just being kissing cousins when it went too far. Any judge would NOT let this go to court or let that guy get sued, there is a statute of limitations, and if one yr has passed or the girl is over 18, nothing can be done about it and surely there is not proof NOW anyways. I believe in Kharma... what goes around comes around, but if he didnt hurt her and they were just experimenting... then nothing will probably happen to him in a negative way. Sorry sweets.

I don't consider this acceptable, but it is somewhat understandable. It is not punishable by law because they were so close in age. She let him do it and she was only a year younger. If it didn't keep happening, I would not dwell on it. It's called "sex play," a youthful indiscretion, nothing to be done about it now. If he feels very bad about it, maybe he needs to see a therapist. If he's just worried about going to jail, you can put his mind at ease.

There is no sin that God cannot forgive if one seeks true penance. And legally speaking if no one speaks then who knows? Just keep mum and forget it. It is not incest nor is it adultery but yes it is indeed a sin even if it was consensual. Forget it man and get along with your life. If you feel guilty then repent and get over with it. Life is full of opportunities to make up. There are people out there who use much more than a finger to bring misery to humanity.

If both were willing, neither would be punished b/c both were underage. Obviously it's not good being that they're cousins! If it wasn't agreed to by the girl there could be problems later on.

one, no its not against the law because both were minors at the time. its morally wrong, but then again, what the f*ck isn't these days.
two, god does not exist, hell does not exist, it is a ploy of the catholic church to control the masses with fear. so, no.
BUT, heres the good part, HE would punish himself, everyday for the rest of his life, if he felt guilty about it.
he would not even know that he was doing it, but it will be there, at the back of his mind, f*cking him slowly into the 6 foot grave he has dug for himself.
or, he can accept that it was the mistake of an ignorant child, and just forget about it.
and it takes two for something like that to happen, unless it was forced, so shes got to feel guilty as well.

Hi Drank, Why, are you your bringing up something like this. It sounds like 2 teenages wanted to grab a peek of each other, and it got alittle out of hand. I say, just drop it and forget about it. Besides that,it's none of your business in the first place.
