If you are an athlete i don't think the pulse rate is weird. It's normal for well conditioned athletes to have pulse ranges from 40-60. Infact Lance Armstrom Tour de france winner has a resting pulse rate in the 30's and sometimes low pulse rate is an indication of supreme fitness. I have heard that Micheal Schumacher Formula 1 race driver also has a very low resting pulse rate. But like most of the people here said, if you are worried it's better to take the opinion of a doctor
I found details of the pulse rate at the following link.

that is a very low pulse. If you are an active person you should have a pulse in the 70's. If you are someone that sits at a job most of the day the pulse could be in the 60's

If your pulse rate is slow and your blood presure is low, I would see a doctor.

A resting pulse rate is 60-80 so you are only midly low. If you have been sitting all day and not moving or if you are very relaxed then you should be good. If you become very fatigued and/or dizzy then your blood pressure is probably too low and you should talk to your doctor.
