Yes, learn how to spell "accelerated." Other than that, this is quite good. "Ms." is a magazine name and should be in quotes (or italics, which we can't do here). Also, Gloria has affected women, not "effected." Can you find a stronger verb here, and one that you can use correctly? "Headstrong" is often used negatively. Perhaps you might consider "driven" or "determined."
