how many calories do you think I consumed?
Breakfast:
1 packet of quakers weight control oatmeal
1 fuji apple

Lunch:
1 serving of fat free cottage cheese
romaine salad with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries

Snacks:
1 banana
2 mandarin oranges
100 calorie south beach diet bar

dinner:
romaine salad with blueberries, strawberries, celery, baby tomato, baby carrots, and cucumber.

Do you think I ate too much? Have any advice for me?

Sounds a little low. Do you consume any vitamins? Anything that contains BCAA? Protein are also critical in building a sound body.

Also, if your calorie consumption is too low; which from this list, I would absolutely say yes. Your body will start to turn the glucose (from the carbs in the fruits and veggies) into fat because it thinks your starving yourself. I recommend talking to a dietian to get a more balanced diet. I recommend coming up with something that is more practical; this crash diet will work for a while, but you will plateau and gain the weight back.

Yes, you are trying to starve yourself. You need a minimum of 1200 calories a day.

I assume you had skim milk with your oatmeal, I am guess you had about 600 calories today. You body will begin to digest it's muscle, your metabolism will slow down in an effort to prevent starvation.

Look at the FDA nutrition recommendations and start there.

That's about 1500 calories. Good choices, but weight loss will be slow. You also didn't mention salad dressing for 2 salads.
