Is it good to go to the same college as your boyfriend or is it better to be away from each other for a while?

my boyfriend and i are going to college next year and we want to be near each other but we're not sure if the colleges we both choses have a program for both of us. we dont want to be apart. we want to beable to see each other every day

If you and your boyfriend are meant to be together you will work to maintain your relationship no matter how far apart you are.
In the grand scheme of things high school relationships don't usually stick with you for the rest of your life, but college typically ends with a degree that does. It would be nice if the degree is one you're happy with and able to use in a career you'll enjoy.

Perhaps you'll each find a college you like in the same area or city, but I wouldn't advise choosing your school to be with him (or vise versa.)

Of all the people I went to college with only one is still dating their high school sweetheart. They made it work for 4 years on opposite coasts. Many of the couples who went to school together broke up before the first semester was over.

well your future is important. so you guys should go to the colleges close to each other that offer the programs that you need, so you wouldn't be too far away and can still see each other almost everyday if not every day and get the classes that you need

i wouldnt see each other everyday, im sure you want to see him but he probably wants to hang out and chill with his friends also and wont want to be with you all the time... that is how guys think
