That#s harder that giving your phone# to her.
It depends on where you are and other circumstances. I find the best way is to let go of your ego (in case you get rejected), move in boldly and with confidence (but don't be cocky) and talk to her for a minute or two, then give her your phone#.

Talk about an intersting even you and your firends are going to -== sporting/ festivals/ restaurants/ etc.... go by whaty interests her... then when she is like thats COOL - then say well when we go I'll give you a call.... simple....
