Your in Ohio aren't you. As of Jan 1, 2007, the state minimum is $6.85. That comes to $14248.00 annually for 40 hr/wk.
Social Security @7.65% = $1090
Federal Withholding (Assuming Single and 1 Allowance on W-4) = $858. That leaves $12300/yr or $236.54/wk.
State taxes depend on your state and other deduction, such as insurance, etc require information not given.

Really your minimum wage is 6.85, where are you at? Where i'm at it's at least 7.25 or sometimes 7.50.

Depends on your dependents (W-4) but a good average to plan on is roughly 2/3 to 3/4 of gross ends up being take home.....

$5.13 would be a good guess (depends on how you filled out your W4 for withholdings)
$5.13 is 75%
