I believe what the Bible says...
Hebrews 1:1-2
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
here it says that Jesus made the worlds.. I'll go with that... Jim

SOME scientists say that we came from monkeys. I know scientists who know that God created us.
Most of those who believe otherwise just don't like God and are trying to prove that we don't need Him.

We came from ape's not monkeys. Didn't Christians use to believe that the Earth was flat and the Sun revolved around us? now that's crazy.

What do you mean? Do I think I was born from my mothers womb or the stork brought me?
Do I think that I am a mammal, a primate, with similar bone structure and skull shape to a Chimpanzee? Yes, I do, I also believe in DNA which contends that there are less biological, genetic differences from humans and chimpanzees than there are in Old English sheep dogs and Chihuahuas.

No scientist says we came from monkeys. We came from a subpopulation of a common ancestor we share with the great apes.

I believe that God created us. I believe that if He created us from the monkey, it would be in the Bible, because Genesis is God's eyewitness story about what happened in the beginning. There is nothing to suggest that this story was not the truth.
There are also scientists who say that we are not from the monkey.

If god created us, then he more than likely created everything - right? Then how come he couldn't have created an ape that evolved into what we are today? Science and technology have evolved - were they not also created by god?

probably not crazy but they do have a bias. They wish to reject God just as much as believers want God to be the creator. I believe God created us and since He is my friend I think if He did not then He would tell me.
