If you don't believe in god, you'll go to Hell....and if you don't start believing in unicorns, one will trample you to death while you're sleeping. It makes perfect sense to me! ;)

Ask yourself where does good come from? Then ask yourself, where does evil come from? Things like good and evil don't come from an ameba or a big blast.Either you live in the material world or the spiritual world. It's your choice. The material world offers this life only, while the spititual world offers a life hereafter.
One offers darkness and the absense of God, while the other offers light and the promise of hope. It takes faith to believe in either one. It is a choice we all make, either conciously or unconciously. Personally, I chose to be conciously aware of where I go after I die. I would rather end up in heaven than in hell.
What's there to lose if heaven doesn't exsist? But in choosing hell and finding out that it is real and the worst place to be for all eternity is losing.Period. Fear is a factor in making the choice, but so is realizing that a loving Creator gave us the ability to make this choice. The choice is a matter between you and your heart, your spirit. If you see yourself as a spiritual bieng and are seeking Truth, Truth will find you.

Jesus talks more about hell than about heaven. I also think it is silly to threaten people with Hell, because no one knows your heart like God. And He is just. Nobody else is qualified to send anyone to hell, and God does not want you to go to hell either.

Whoever is threatening you with hell will probably end up there themselves since they are judging. Tell them to bring you back some proof and THEN you'll straighten up your act.

Hell and Heaven are states of existence and places. They can be right here on earth, no?

Victim: What gun? I don't see a gun. Show me this gun.
Robber: Its a really nice gun and you don't want me to shoot you so you had better hand over the money.

Should they offer proof? No, you're thinking of science. We're talking religion here and proof just gets in the way.

Who is threatening you? Tell them that you are willing to wait till you die and then find out if you are going to hell.

The idea is to shock you and get you scared first, before you can think. Then tell you not to worry and that there is a way to save yourself. The only way is to come to my church. lol
