It is my understanding that Christianity is choosing to follow and a belief in Jesus Christ. I don't know if you mean a specific religion by "born again" or as a symbolic term but there are a lot of christian churches out there. I think you have some research to do. Find out your options then pray and ask God after you've made a decision if it is the right choice. I believe he will answer you if you are seeking truth. Check out King James Version of James 1:5 - it may help.

Technically speaking, from a theological perspective, all Christians are "born again" when they are baptized - even if their baptism takes place within days of thier actual birth.
However "Born Again" is generally used a description of type of Evangelical Christianity that practices adult baptism, among other things. So, if this is the kind of "Born Again" you are talking about, then yes, there are other options.
Christianity has a rich history of a variety of faith traditions, from the very "High Church" formats of Roman Catholics and Anglicans, to the very "Low Church" traditions of the Plain Folk (Amish, Mennonites, Old Older Baptists, etc.).
There are the very ancient traditions of Coptic and Armenian Churchs (Middle Eastern "flavours" of Christianity, if you will) and the heavily Incarnational tradition of the various Orthodox Churches (Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox, etc.).
There is the entire spectrum of Protestant Christianity (of which, the "Born Again" movement is only part) - peace-seeking Quakers, tradition-loving Lutherans, boisterous Pentacostals, forward-thinking Methodists.
Christ calls all to accept him as Lord; He does not dictate that all worship in the same way.

There are plenty of non-Fundamentalist denominations within Christianity. Here are just a few: Episcopalian, Unity, Unitarian Universalist, Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Swedenborgian...well, too many others to name here. You'll find that "born again" suggests a Fundamentalist worldview, and that there are literally millions of non-Fundamentalist Christians.

Although many will claim otherwise, I believe that there is only one type of Christian - those who have put their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and who have dedicated themselves to His service. This is a "born again" Christian. Unless you are born again, you cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Of course, in God's family, there are the strong and weak, wise and foolish, immature and mature. But all have this in common - that they love the Lord Jesus Christ, that they have committed their lives to Him, that they believe in the essentials of the faith.
god bless

If you are referring to sects, then there are several, including Catholic, Protestant, and Methodist. Among each sect, there are different divisions such as Orthodox Catholic and Greek/Russian Orthodox Catholic, which are distinct from Catholic. For Protestants, some divisions include Lutheran, Episcopalian, etc.

It doesn't matter what denomination you are.
"Except a man be born again he cannot enter the kingdom of God."
It's all about salvation, not religion.
