Keep the workout extremely light if you do decide to work out. If you feel like the cold is just coming on, I would stay home. If you feel like you are over the hump and getting better, just keep the workout light.

I would say stop until you get better. Drink some ACC 200 or, or NEO-Citran, don't run outside in the cold if it's cold at the place where you live, and once you feel better physically, and regain your strength, then you could continue with your excercises, but first heal yourself. Maybe your immune system needs some time to regain its strength, so stop excercising now, so for now you should just relax, and wait until you get better.

If you are just coming down with the cold, it might be better to rest, drink plenty of fluids and keep very warm. Also you could be contagious and spread the cold to others at the gym. Your body needs rest and nutritious food to fight the virus .

No reason why not. A little exercise might get the metabolism up, which includes your immune system. Just take it easy if you have wheezing or coughing up stuff. That means there's a little fluid in your lungs and you may get winded faster than usual, but it's nothing to worry about.

You can do some weight lifting but I wouldn't recomend going outside unless you are dressed warmly. It's better to take a break and get better earlier than to workout and have a prolonged cold.

Do Not Workout If:
* You have a fever * You feel nauseous * You are highly contagious and in a
public gym
Workout If:
* You just have a mild cold * It’s been a couple of days and you are over the
worst of it

doing a work out might be ok. but if you wanna kill that cold fast (assuming it's really a cold) sit in the sauna or steam room for a while. it really helps me!

Yes. The only reason you should not is if you have a fever or a deep chest respiratory condition. Otherwise, it will help, not hurt.
