I had the trial version but didnt know it was a trial version and now I cant open a lot of things - Is there anywhere I can get it for free. I dont want to download from limewire or something like that coz programs from those are usually full of viruses. Or can anyone try emailing the file to me if that'll work?? Really need the program.

Actually if you don't mind a previous version, archive.org has lots of downloads. Here's one for winzip... I mean, it does the same things, right?

Sadly no. The best alternative I've been able to find was Freezip:

Its almost the same minus some of the benifits of the up to date version.

Winrar. It's not exactly free but you can use it as long as you want. The only catch is you get a pop up every time you open it asking if you want to buy it after the trial is over. As far as I know there aren't any limitations.

just download the trial again. after all it is free. Try "saving" ur download first. copy it to cd-r then actually download. Next time the trial runs out, you will know where to find it.

They have a promotional where you can sign up for a free trial with one of their partners and get WinZip free. I signed up for a free trial of Rhapsody and got WinZip free as well.
Go to http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm and scroll halfway down the page to the orange "Get Winzip Free" button - then follow the instructions.

download a crack for the program at www.crackz.ws
you have to check what version of winzip it was so you can downlaod the right crack
