People seem to like diet pills because it gives them a sense of well being and cuts off appetite but when you are off of the diet pills you are worn out and not able to hold a thought. Why do people insist on this spiral? Because they have no idea what is going on inside of your body.
At the cellular level, diet pills are aging the organs 10 times faster because they cause nutritional deficiencies in exchange for appetite supression or fat blocking. They block the good fat needed to get the bad fat out of the body.
Hormonally it screws up your menstrual cycles and causes skipping periods or they are too heavy. It also causes unexplained migraines and blood sugar problems as well.
Diet pills can exhaust your adrenal glands located at the top of your kidneys so that you don't have any energy left. This stops the proper flow of all 87 hormones in your body and only 3% are responsible for reproduction.
You have no idea that diet pills do not burn fat. They supress the appetite so that your body goes into emergency mode and begins to store even more fat after you go off of them.
Diet pills also cause your starving body to cannabolize (eat) your muscle, heart muscle cells (weakening your heart), and decreases bone density.
You may or may not have much of an appetite... But when you do have an appetite you are probably eating high protein and carbs that are processed and not home cooked meals with salads, vegetables, fruits and fibers.
You probably don't eat anything raw and living. You probably have a fruit bowl with rotting fruit in it or not at all.
You should be eating at least 6 to 8 small meals during the day with all raw fruits and vegetable salads with fresh chicken, turkey, etc.. all throughout the day. You need to be drinking half your body weight measured in ounces.
For example, if you are 180 pounds then calculate 75 ounces of pure water.
No artificial dies, sweeteners or dairy. Only fruit for sweets. No sugar anymore. No McDonalds, no Taco Bell, not junk foods no frozen foods.
You want to become a lean, mean, and fighting machine that can attract and do anything in life.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs and 73 inches.
